This will be a Full body HIIT workout set up circuit style. You will use a variety of small equipment and body weight exercises to work each muscle group and get that heart pumping. You will have periods of work and rest as you move through different stations making this workout very customizable to meet your fitness abilities. 
Express classes are 30 minute classes.
